量規的使用條件以及正確的操作方法
量規是專(zhuān)用量具，而且是沒(méi)有示值的定值量具，所以使用量規進(jìn)行檢驗要特別的注意。
使用前注意事項
檢查標記，量規上都有標記，要檢查量規上的標記是否與被檢驗工件圖樣上標注的標記相符，如果兩者的標記不相符，則不要用該量規。
檢查質(zhì)量證明文件，量規是實(shí)行定期校準的量具，經(jīng)校準合格或綠色標識，如果有，而且能證明該量規是在校準期內，只有這樣才能使用該量規。
檢查配對情況，量規是成對使用的，即通規和止規配對使用，有的量規把通端T和止端Z制成一體，有的是制成單頭的，對于單頭量規，使用前要檢查所選取的量規是否是一對，是一對才能使用。從外觀(guān)上看，通端的長(cháng)度比止端長(cháng)三分之一或二分之一。
檢查外觀(guān)質(zhì)量，量規的工作面不得有銹跡，毛刺和劃痕等影響使用的外觀(guān)缺陷。
使用中注意事項
注意量規的使用條件：量規的使用條件是：溫度為20度，測量力為0，在生產(chǎn)現場(chǎng)中使用量規很難符合這些要求，因此，為減少由于測量條件不符合規定要求而引起的測量誤差，必須注意，使用中應使用量規與被測量的工件放在一起平衡溫度，使兩者的溫度相同后再進(jìn)行測量，這樣可減少溫差造成的測量誤差。
注意操作方法，量規的手持部位，最好加隔熱墊，減少測量力的措施，對于卡規來(lái)說(shuō)，當被測件的軸心線(xiàn)是水平狀態(tài)時(shí)，基本尺寸小于100mm的卡規，其測量力等于卡規的自重，(當卡規從上垂直下卡時(shí))。
檢驗孔時(shí)，如果孔的軸心線(xiàn)是水平的，將塞規對準孔后，用手稍推塞規即可，不得用大力推塞規，如果孔的軸心線(xiàn)是垂直于水平面的，對于通規而言，當塞規對準孔后，用手輕輕扶住塞規，憑塞規的自重進(jìn)行檢驗，不得用手使勁推塞規，對止規而言，當塞規對準孔后，松開(kāi)手，作塞規的自重進(jìn)行檢驗，塞規不要在被檢孔內轉動(dòng)。

Some gauges make the general T and stop Z into one, some are made into single-ended, for single-ended gauges, check whether the selected gauges are a pair before use, and only one pair can be used. In appearance, the length of the through end is one third or one half longer than that of the stop end.
Check the appearance quality. No rust, burr or scratch on the gauge working face may affect the appearance defects.
Cautions in Use

For the gauge, when the axis of the measured piece is horizontal, the basic size of the gauge is less than 100 mm, the measurement force is equal to the weight of the gauge (when the gauge is vertical from the top).
When inspecting the hole, if the axis line of the hole is horizontal, after aligning the plug gauge to the hole, push the plug gauge slightly by hand, and do not push the plug gauge vigorously. If the axis line of the hole is perpendicular to the horizontal plane, for general rules, when the plug gauge is aligned to the hole, hold the plug gauge gently with the hand, and test with the weight of the plug gauge, do not use the hand to make the plug gauge. Push stopper gauge vigorously. For stopper gauge, when the stopper gauge is aligned with the hole, release your hands and check the weight of the stopper gauge. Stopper gauge should not rotate in the hole under test.
