消失模鑄造技術(shù)作為一種鑄件近靜形成的方法，近年來(lái)得到了快速發(fā)展。在國外由于機械化、自動(dòng)化消失模鑄造生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)的陸續建成投產(chǎn)及所產(chǎn)生的顯著(zhù)的經(jīng)濟和社會(huì )效益，使消失模鑄造技術(shù)顯現出強大的生命力。前一段時(shí)間我國的消失模鑄造技術(shù)應用雖然進(jìn)展緩慢，但在近幾年得到了快速發(fā)展。特別是由于消失模鑄造設備投資少、工藝路線(xiàn)短，許多原有的中小鑄造企業(yè)也越來(lái)越多地采用該項技術(shù)。但是，有些企業(yè)對一些操作問(wèn)題未能加以重視，使得在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中出現了一些問(wèn)題，對劃線(xiàn)平臺鑄件的質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生了很大影響。
消失模鑄造采用負壓干砂振動(dòng)造型，采用此種方法造型時(shí)鑄型強度遠大于濕型砂強度。采用抽負壓方法可提高鑄型的穩定性，及時(shí)抽走模樣氣化時(shí)產(chǎn)生的熱解氣化產(chǎn)物。但在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中，有些工廠(chǎng)只注意觀(guān)察澆注前的表負壓，但澆注過(guò)程中往往忽視負壓變化，從而造成鑄件缺陷。通過(guò)采取根據鑄件大小和熱解產(chǎn)物的多少，在澆注過(guò)程中對負壓進(jìn)行調節的方法，可很好地解決此問(wèn)題。
消失模鑄造在澆注時(shí)，為了排出氣體和模樣氣化殘渣，直澆道要有足夠的高度以使金屬液有足夠的壓頭以推動(dòng)金屬液流穩定快速充型，確保鑄件表面完整清晰。在實(shí)踐中有些企業(yè)采用原有砂型鑄造用的澆口杯，由于尺寸較小，易出現液流不平穩導致工件報廢的現象。為保證有足夠的流量使澆注過(guò)程不斷流，并很快建立起動(dòng)壓頭，可改用較大的澆口杯；直澆道做成中空來(lái)減少發(fā)氣反噴，增大開(kāi)始澆注時(shí)的壓頭。
Lost foam casting (EPC), as a near-static forming method of castings, has developed rapidly in recent years. In foreign countries, due to the successive completion of mechanized and automated production lines of EPC and the remarkable economic and social benefits, EPC technology has shown strong vitality. In recent years, although the application of lost foam casting technology in China has made slow progress, it has developed rapidly in recent years. Especially because of the low investment in lost foam casting equipment and short technological route, many original small and medium-sized foundry enterprises are increasingly using this technology. However, some enterprises fail to pay attention to some operational problems, which causes some problems in the production process and has a great impact on the quality of the scribed platform castings.
In EPC, negative pressure dry sand is used for vibration moulding. When this method is used for moulding, the strength of the mould is much greater than that of the wet sand. The stability of the casting mould can be improved by suction pressure method, and the pyrolysis gasification products produced during pattern gasification can be removed in time. However, in the production process, some factories only pay attention to the observation of negative pressure before pouring, but in the process of pouring, the change of negative pressure is often neglected, resulting in casting defects. This problem can be well solved by adjusting the negative pressure during pouring according to the size of castings and the number of pyrolysis products.
In EPC, in order to discharge gasification residue of gas and pattern, the straight runner should be high enough to make the liquid metal have enough pressure head to promote the steady and rapid filling of the liquid metal flow, and ensure the complete and clear surface of the casting. In practice, some enterprises adopt the original gate cup for sand mould casting, because of its small size, it is easy to cause the phenomenon of liquid flow instability leading to the scrap of the workpiece. In order to ensure enough flow to make the pouring process flow continuously, and quickly establish the dynamic pressure head, the larger gate cup can be used; the straight runner can be made into hollow to reduce the back gas injection and increase the pressure head at the beginning of pouring.
