鑄造平臺選材技術(shù)標準

鑄造平臺標準：按JB/T7974-1999標準制造；鑄造平臺材料：HT200-300。工作面采用刮研工藝，平板是用于工件檢測或劃線(xiàn)的平面基準量具。

鑄造平臺用途：檢驗平臺是用于工件檢測或劃線(xiàn)的平面基準量具。

鑄造平臺結構：產(chǎn)品制成筋板式和箱體式，工作面有長(cháng)方形、正方形或圓形，工作面上可加工V形、T形、U形槽、燕尾槽、圓孔、長(cháng)孔等。

鑄造平臺安裝就調至水平板、負荷均勻分布于各支點(diǎn)上。環(huán)境溫度（20±5）℃。使用時(shí)應避免振動(dòng)。

平臺規格：

①100mm×200mm-------------400mm×400mm（本規格適用于研磨壓砂平板）精度為0級、1級、2級。

②400mm×600mm-------------1500mm×2500mm（本規格適用于人工刮研平板）精度為1級、2級、3級。
③1500mm×3000mm----------2000mm×3000mm（本規格適用于人工刮研平板）精度為2級、3級、精刨。
④2000mm×4000mm----------3000mm×10000mm/4000mm×8000mm精度為3級和精刨。
