T型槽平板平臺的材質(zhì)一般為灰口鑄鐵HT200-300，也可定做球墨鑄鐵、鑄鋼等材質(zhì)，板工作面硬度為HB170-240，采取傳統退火時(shí)效處理（600度-650度，恒溫4-6小時(shí)）消除工件的內應力，保證了該產(chǎn)品的精度穩定性和耐磨性能。
