1、鑄鐵平臺不用時(shí)要及時(shí)將工作面洗凈，然后涂上一層防銹油，并用防銹紙蓋上，用鑄鐵平板的外包裝將鑄鐵平板蓋好，以防止平時(shí)不注意造成對鑄鐵平板工作面的損傷。
2、鑄鐵平臺應安裝在通風(fēng)、干燥的環(huán)境中，并遠離熱源、有腐蝕的氣體、有腐蝕的液體。
3、鑄鐵平臺按國家標準實(shí)行定期周檢，檢定周期根據具體情況可為6-12個(gè)月。
4、為了防止鑄鐵平板發(fā)生的變形，在吊裝鑄鐵平板時(shí)，要用四根同樣長(cháng)度的鋼絲繩同時(shí)掛住鑄鐵平板上得四個(gè)起重孔，將鑄鐵平板平穩吊裝在運輸工具上。
5、將鑄鐵平臺支承點(diǎn)墊好、墊平，保證每個(gè)支撐點(diǎn)受力均勻，保證整個(gè)鑄鐵平板平穩。
6、鑄鐵平臺安裝時(shí)將鑄鐵平板的各個(gè)支撐點(diǎn)用調整墊鐵墊好、墊實(shí)，由專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人員將鑄鐵平板調整至合格精度。
7、鑄鐵平臺使用時(shí)要輕拿輕放工件，不要在鑄鐵平板上挪動(dòng)比較粗糙的工件，以免對鑄鐵平板工作面造成磕碰、劃傷等損壞。
8、為了防止鑄鐵平板整體變形，使用完畢后，要將工件從鑄鐵平板上拿下來(lái)，避免工件長(cháng)時(shí)間對鑄鐵平板重壓造成鑄鐵平板的變形。

7. When using the cast iron platform, gently handle the workpiece. Do not move the rough workpiece on the cast iron plate to avoid bumping, scratching and other damage to the cast iron plate working surface.
8. In order to prevent the overall deformation of the cast iron plate, after use, the workpiece should be taken off the cast iron plate to avoid deformation of the cast iron plate caused by heavy workpiece pressing on the cast iron plate for a long time.
