T型槽方箱的檢定方法
檢定時(shí)在方箱被檢面的兩端各放置1mm的量塊，把刀口形直尺放在量塊工作面上，然后在其各被檢點(diǎn)處用量塊試塞，當量塊組剛剛塞入時(shí)的尺寸與兩端量塊尺寸之差為該被檢點(diǎn)對兩端之間的偏差。這一檢定還應在方箱工作面的縱向、橫向和對角線(xiàn)方向的幾個(gè)截面上進(jìn)行。

主要用于零部件的平行度、垂直度等的檢驗和劃線(xiàn)。方箱是用鑄鐵或鋼材制成的具體6個(gè)工作面的空腔正方體，其中一個(gè)工作面上有V型槽。鑄鐵方箱要求：方箱各工作面不能有銹跡、劃痕、裂紋、凹陷以及影響計量性能的其他缺陷。非工作面應清砂涂漆，棱邊倒角。在測得的各個(gè)位置的直線(xiàn)中誤差方向一致時(shí)取其最大值，當誤差方向不一致時(shí)取其最大正差與最大負差絕對值之和，為該受檢面平面的平面度。在方箱內壁應有標牌，并標有規格尺寸，級別出廠(chǎng)編號、制造廠(chǎng)名稱(chēng)。作為工業(yè)生產(chǎn)車(chē)間里鉗工做立體劃線(xiàn)的工具；也可以檢測機械零件的平行度和垂直度；也可做工作臺使用。上面帶有支架，用于檢驗或劃精密工件的任意角度線(xiàn)。適用于測量和刻標記的固定器。
