1、鑄鐵方箱的材質(zhì)：采用優(yōu)質(zhì)灰鑄鐵HT200-250，按JB/T3411.56-99標準制造。鑄鐵檢驗方箱經(jīng)過(guò)兩次人工退火處理，完全去除內應力，鑄件結構穩定，不易變形。
2、鑄鐵方箱的用途：作為工業(yè)生產(chǎn)車(chē)間里鉗工做立體劃線(xiàn)的工具；也可以檢測機械零件的平行度和垂直度；也可做工作臺使用。上面帶有支架，用于檢驗或劃精密工件的任意角度線(xiàn)。適用于測量和刻標記的固定器。
3、鑄鐵方箱技術(shù)要求：工作面不能有嚴重影響外觀(guān)和使用性能的砂孔、氣孔、裂紋、夾渣、縮松、劃痕、碰傷、銹點(diǎn)等缺陷，否則會(huì )使測量不準確。
4、鑄鐵方箱平面度的檢定方法：對于邊長(cháng)為300mm及以下的方箱，檢定時(shí)在方箱被檢面的兩端各放置1mm的量塊，把刀口尺放在量塊工作面上，然后在其各被檢點(diǎn)處用量塊試塞，當量塊組剛剛塞入時(shí)的尺寸與兩端量塊尺寸之差為該被檢點(diǎn)對兩端之間的偏差。這一檢定還應在方箱工作面的縱向、橫向和對角線(xiàn)方向的幾個(gè)截面上進(jìn)行。在測得的各個(gè)位置的直線(xiàn)中誤差方向一致時(shí)取其最大值，當誤差方向不一致時(shí)取其最大正差與最大負差絕對值之和，為該受檢面平面的平面度。
5、鑄鐵方箱的規格：可根據用戶(hù)需要訂做，我公司可提供設計圖紙。生產(chǎn)周期20個(gè)工作日。

Then, the amount of the block is tested at each of the points to be inspected, and the difference between the size of the equivalent block group just inserted and the size of the block at both ends is the deviation between the ends of the pair. This test shall also be carried out on several sections in the longitudinal, transverse and diagonal directions of the square face. When the error directions in the straight lines of the measured positions are the same, the maximum value is taken. When the error directions are inconsistent, the sum of the maximum positive difference and the absolute value of the maximum negative difference is taken as the flatness of the plane of the examined surface.
