T型槽平板/T型槽平臺主要用來(lái)固定工件,是鉗工工人用來(lái)調試設備,裝配設備,維修設備的基礎工作平臺。T型槽平板:用來(lái)進(jìn)行工件的焊接工藝,和鉚焊平板不同,上面沒(méi)有孔,工作面為平面或T型槽。
T型槽平板的工作面采用刮削工藝,對于“3”級平板工作面也可以采用刨削工藝,刨削工作表面的表面粗糙度按輪廓算術(shù)平均偏差Ra值應不大于5um。
T型槽平板精度:按國家標準計量檢定規程執行,分別為0、1、2、3四個(gè)等級。
T型槽平板規格:500×800—2000×4000,(本產(chǎn)品均是按客戶(hù)圖紙制作加工或雙方商定生產(chǎn)加工,可按用戶(hù)要求的尺寸及重量生產(chǎn))。
