1.使用之前，先進(jìn)行安裝調試，以防損壞鑄鐵平臺的工作面；
2.使用過(guò)程中要注意防潮、防腐蝕，同時(shí)注意不要將鑄鐵平臺放于過(guò)高和過(guò)低的溫度環(huán)境下存放；使用環(huán)境：

3.工件的重量不要超過(guò)鑄鐵平臺的額定載荷，以免造成工作質(zhì)量降低以及損壞鑄鐵平臺的結構使之變形。
4.在鑄鐵平臺使用完畢后，應將其清洗干凈，同時(shí)作好防銹工作。
一般鑄鐵平臺的使用壽命很長(cháng)，只要采用正確的方法使用和存放，鑄鐵平臺工作面的精度可以保持使用2年以上，當精度降低時(shí)可以通過(guò)調試或刮研工藝恢復。
鑄鐵平臺的安裝步驟介紹
1、墊鐵安裝：鑄鐵平臺調至水平、負荷均勻分布于各支點(diǎn)上。環(huán)境溫度(20±5)℃。使用時(shí)應避免振動(dòng)。鑄鐵平臺采用墊鐵安裝的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，安裝快捷、移動(dòng)方便。
2、支架安裝：鑄鐵平臺輕放到支架上、調整支架上的微調螺栓至到鑄鐵平臺水平。支架可減輕檢驗人員的勞動(dòng)強度。支架高度一般在500-600mm左右。
3、地錨器安裝：鑄鐵平臺可以設計地錨器安裝，首先用戶(hù)根據鑄鐵平臺的圖紙做好地基和預埋孔，然后把地錨器放到提前設置的預留孔里，將鑄鐵平臺調整水平，
4、地腳螺栓安裝：鑄鐵平臺根據用戶(hù)的要求設計安裝方式，地腳螺栓安裝。

1. Bracket installation: The cast iron

reduce the labor intensity of inspectors. The height of the stent is generally
about 500-600 mm.
