鐵地板主要用于發(fā)動(dòng)機實(shí)驗室，為發(fā)動(dòng)機、測功機等提供基礎實(shí)驗平臺。適用于各種檢測,試驗工作，精密測量用的基準平面；用于機械檢驗測量基準；檢查零件的尺寸精度或形位偏差，并作緊密劃線(xiàn)，鑄鐵地板可做成振動(dòng)試驗臺,在機械制造中也是不可缺少的基本工具。通常做成箱體式，正方形，圓形，長(cháng)方形等形狀，結構分為箱型、雙圍型、單圍型。
實(shí)驗室鑄鐵地板設計及性能要求
1、實(shí)驗室鑄鐵地板所用材質(zhì)：HT200-250；機械性能抗拉強度：不小于250Mpa；硬度： HB180 -226。
2、利用高強度概念，使各部位壽命相等。
3、實(shí)驗室鑄鐵地板上工作面板厚度均勻，縱向、橫向筋板均勻分布，使底板結構對稱(chēng)，即各部位強度相等又提高剛度。
4、實(shí)驗室鑄鐵地板的工作面厚度、四周厚度、筋板厚度按圖紙要求進(jìn)行鑄造，確保壁厚均勻，減少鑄件收縮過(guò)程中的內應力，防止變形。
5、實(shí)驗室鑄鐵地板必須進(jìn)行兩次熱處理，即毛坯一次，粗加工完后一次，以消除內應力，防止變形。
6、實(shí)驗室鑄鐵地板T型槽加工面不得存在任何加工不掉的鑄造缺陷，其它加工表面允許存在的鑄造缺陷為：直徑200mm范圍內允許存在1個(gè)，尺寸為直徑3mm，深度2mm，最多允許15個(gè)（4000*1900平面面內）；非加工表面允許存在的缺陷范圍：直徑100內允許存在1個(gè)，尺寸為直徑3mm，深度2mm。
7、鑄件應清砂，非加工表面噴底漆G06-4 ZBG51010-87。
8、實(shí)驗室鑄鐵地板工作平臺(上表面)的尺寸公差、平面度、平行度均按相關(guān)標準確定。
9、供方按長(cháng)度要求設計地腳螺栓孔，安裝后螺母不得高出底板平面，并提交地腳螺栓的土建澆鑄要求，負責地腳螺栓澆鑄定位，監督澆鑄偏移，并對澆鑄結果進(jìn)行復測。
10、按配置機組底架的寬度系列尺寸布置，其長(cháng)度方向能承受加工、運動(dòng)、吊裝、安裝時(shí)的外力。
11、安裝時(shí)按地腳螺栓孔的位置放入相應的機床調整墊鐵，10～15mm可調，地腳螺栓孔配蓋板。
鐵地板別名：鑄鐵地板-試驗鐵地板-鑄鐵平板-鑄鐵板平臺。
鐵地板組成附件：鑄鐵平臺由鑄鐵地板本體、導油槽、護套及蓋板、地腳螺栓等。

Laboratory cast iron floor design and
performance requirements
1, the material used in laboratory cast
iron floor: HT200-250; mechanical properties tensile strength: not less than
250Mpa; hardness: HB180-226.

3. The working panel on the laboratory cast
iron floor has uniform thickness, and the longitudinal and horizontal ribs are
evenly distributed, so that the structure of the bottom plate is symmetrical,
that is, the strength of each part is equal and the rigidity is improved.
4. The thickness of the working face of the
laboratory cast iron floor, the thickness of the surrounding area, and the
thickness of the ribs are cast according to the requirements of the drawings to
ensure uniform wall thickness, reduce the internal stress during the shrinkage
of the casting, and prevent deformation.
5. The laboratory cast iron floor must be
heat treated twice, that is, the blank is once, once after roughing, to
eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.
6. The casting surface of the T-groove of the
laboratory cast iron floor shall not have any casting defects that cannot be
processed. The casting defects allowed in other processing surfaces are: one is
allowed within the diameter of 200mm, the size is 3mm, the depth is 2mm, and
the maximum is allowed. 15 (4000*1900 in-plane); the range of defects allowed
for non-machined surfaces: 1 is allowed in the diameter 100, the size is 3 mm
in diameter, and the depth is 2 mm.
7, castings should be cleaned,
non-processed surface spray primer G06-4 ZBG51010-87.
8. The dimensional tolerance, flatness and
parallelism of the laboratory cast iron floor working platform (upper surface)
are determined according to relevant standards.
9. The supplier shall design the anchor
bolt hole according to the length requirement. After installation, the nut
shall not be higher than the plane of the bottom plate, and submit the
requirements for civil construction casting of the anchor bolt. It is
responsible for casting and positioning of the anchor bolt, supervising the
casting offset and re-creating the casting result. Measurement.
10. According to the width series size of
the unit chassis, the length direction can withstand the external force during
processing, movement, lifting and installation.
11. When installing, put the corresponding
machine tool adjustment horn according to the position of the anchor bolt hole,
10~15mm adjustable, and the anchor bolt hole is equipped with cover plate.
