1、T型槽平臺工作面不得有嚴重影響外觀(guān)和使用的砂孔、氣孔、裂紋、縮松、劃痕、碰傷、銹點(diǎn)等缺陷。
2、T型槽平臺的表面應清除型砂且平整，涂漆牢固。
3、精度等級為0級-3級的T型槽平臺工作面上，直徑小于15mm的砂孔允許用相同材料堵塞，其硬度應小于周?chē)牧系挠捕?。工作面堵塞的砂孔應不多?個(gè)，且砂孔之間的間距應不小于80mm。
4、T型槽平臺應采用優(yōu)質(zhì)細密的灰口鑄鐵或合金等材料制造，其工作面硬度應達到170-220HB。
5、T型槽平臺工作面通常應采用刮削工藝。對采用刮削加工的3級T型槽平臺工作面，其表面粗糙度Ra的最大允許值為5um。
6、采用刮削工藝應進(jìn)行涂色對研檢驗。對研后顯示的接觸點(diǎn)面積的比率見(jiàn)表3的規定：或者按25mm×25mm正方形面積的接觸點(diǎn)數見(jiàn)表3的規定，且任意25mm×25mm中的接觸點(diǎn)數之間應不大于5點(diǎn)。

1. The working surface of the T-slot
platform shall not have defects such as sand holes, pores, cracks, shrinkage,
scratches, bumps, rust spots, etc. that seriously affect the appearance and
use.
2. The surface of the T-slot platform
should be cleaned of sand and flat, and painted firmly.
3. The sand hole with a diameter of less
than 15mm is allowed to be blocked with the same material, and the hardness
should be less than the hardness of the surrounding material. There should be
no more than 4 sand holes in the working face, and the spacing between the sand
holes should be no less than 80mm.
4. The T-slot platform should be made of
high-quality fine gray cast iron or alloy, and its working surface hardness
should reach 170-220HB.
5, T-slot platform working surface should
generally use the scraping process. For the working surface of the 3-stage
T-groove platform with scraping, the maximum allowable surface roughness Ra is
5um.
6, the use of the scraping process should
be carried out color test. The ratio of the contact point area displayed after
grinding is as specified in Table 3: or the number of contact points in a
square area of25 mm × 25 mm is shown in Table 3, and
the number of contact points in any 25 mm × 25 mm should be no more than 5
points.
