機床墊鐵的選用方法：
按設備原有支承數，參照上表中每個(gè)墊鐵最大承載量選用所需型號。例如C620車(chē)床，機床重量2280公斤，機床支承六點(diǎn)，則2280/6=363kg，若選用SV78-100型已超載，故應選用SV78-125型為適合。
作用方法：
安裝機床的地甚平面可以量混凝土，也可以是木質(zhì)的，要求平整結實(shí)。
安裝時(shí)，旋出調節螺桿，將機床置于墊鐵的負荷盤(pán)上，然后從上面旋入螺桿。
調整機床導軌水平，順時(shí)針旋動(dòng)時(shí)機床上升，反時(shí)針時(shí)機床下降，調好后壓緊螺母。
在機床的安裝區域內，如果地基平面的高度差超過(guò)本產(chǎn)品的調節范圍時(shí)，可以在機床與負荷盤(pán)間增加墊片。
機床防震墊鐵橡膠有蠕變現象，待經(jīng)14天趨向穩定，故要求機床使用14天后再調整一次水平

machine is required to adjust the level after 14 days.
