平臺是劃線(xiàn)、測量、鉚焊、工裝工藝不可以缺少的工作臺，也可以做機械試驗臺等等。調整平板用于各種檢驗工作，如精密測量用的基準平面，各種機床機械的檢驗測量，檢查零件的尺寸精度、行位偏差，并作出精密劃線(xiàn)。調整平板是印刷行業(yè)、電纜行業(yè)、鐵路、電纜行業(yè)、交通領(lǐng)域、建筑行業(yè)、鐵路機車(chē)、環(huán)保設備、液壓設備、電纜行業(yè)、石油化工等多種行業(yè)不可缺少的產(chǎn)品。在平板的相對兩側面上，應有安裝手柄或吊裝位置的設置、螺紋孔或圓柱孔。調整平板采用箱體式、筋板式或其他結構型式。調整平板經(jīng)檢定符合標準要求后，應附有產(chǎn)品合格證；產(chǎn)品合格證上應有本標準的標準號和產(chǎn)品序號。調整平板工作面的硬度應為HB170— 220或187—255之間。

meets the requirements of the standard, the product qualification certificate
shall be attached, and the standard number and product serial number of the
standard shall be attached to the product qualification certificate. Adjusting
the hardness of flat face should be between HB170-220 or 187-255.
