線(xiàn)路板龍門(mén)刨銑床的銑技術(shù)包括選擇走刀方向、補償方法、定位方法、框架的結構、下刀點(diǎn),都是保證銑加工精度的重要方面。
1.走刀方向補償方法:
當銑刀切入板材時(shí),有一個(gè)被切削面總是迎著(zhù)銑刀的切削刃,而另一面總是逆著(zhù)銑刀的切削刃。前者,被加工面光潔,尺寸精度高。主軸總是順時(shí)針?lè )较蜣D動(dòng),所以不論是主軸固定工作臺運動(dòng)或是工作臺固定主軸運動(dòng)的龍門(mén)刨銑,在銑印制板的外部輪廓時(shí),要采用逆時(shí)針?lè )较蜃叩?,這就是通常所說(shuō)的逆銑,而在線(xiàn)路板內部銑框或槽時(shí)采用順銑方式。銑板補償是在銑板時(shí),機床自動(dòng)安照設定值讓銑刀自動(dòng)以銑切線(xiàn)路的中心偏移所設定的銑刀直徑的一半,即半徑距離,使銑切的外形與程序設定保持一致。同時(shí)如機床有補償的功能必需注意補償的方向和使用程序的命令,如使用補償命令錯誤會(huì )使線(xiàn)路板的外形多或少了相當于銑刀直徑的長(cháng)度和寬度的尺寸。
2.定位方法和下刀點(diǎn):
定位方法可分為兩種:一是內定位,二是外定位。定位對于工藝制定人員也十分重要,一般在線(xiàn)路板前期制作時(shí)就應確定定位的方案。外定位是另一種定位方法,是采用在板子外部加定位孔作為銑板的定位孔。其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是便于管理,如果先期制作規范好的話(huà),銑板模板一般在十五種左右。由于使用外定位所以不能一次將板銑切下來(lái),否則線(xiàn)路板十分容易損壞,特別是拼板,因銑刀和吸塵裝置會(huì )將板子帶出造成線(xiàn)路板損壞和銑刀折斷。而采用分段銑切留結合點(diǎn)的方法,先銑板當銑板完了以后程序暫停然后將板用膠帶固定,執行程序的第二段,使用3mm至4mm的鉆頭將結合點(diǎn)鉆掉。其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是模板少費用小易于管理,可銑切所有板內無(wú)安裝孔和定位孔的線(xiàn)路板,小工藝人員管理方便,特別是CAM等先期制作人員的制作可簡(jiǎn)單化,同時(shí)可優(yōu)化基材的利用率。缺點(diǎn)是由于使用鉆頭,線(xiàn)路板外形留有至少2-3個(gè)凸起點(diǎn)不美觀(guān),可能不符合客戶(hù)要求,銑切時(shí)間長(cháng),工人勞動(dòng)強度稍大。

positioning method, frame structure and cutting point, which are all important
aspects to ensure milling accuracy.
1. Compensation method for tool direction:
When the milling cutter cuts into the sheet
metal, there is a cutting face always facing the cutting edge of the milling
cutter, and the other side always facing the cutting edge of the milling
cutter. The former has a smooth surface and high dimensional accuracy. The
spindle always rotates clockwise, so whether it is the spindle fixed worktable
movement or the worktable fixed spindle movement of the gantry milling, when
milling the external contour of the printed circuit board, the
counter-clockwise tool should be used, which is commonly referred to as reverse
milling, while in the circuit board internal milling frame or groove, the way
of forward milling is used. Milling board compensation is that when milling
board is used, the machine tool automatically fixes the setting value so that
the milling cutter automatically deviates from the center of the milling line
by half of the diameter of the milling cutter, that is, the radius distance, so
that the shape of the milling cutter is consistent with the program setting. At
the same time, if the machine tool has the function of compensation, it must
pay attention to the direction of compensation and the command of the
application program. If the error of the command of compensation is used, the
shape of the circuit board will be more or less equal to the length and width
of the milling cutter diameter.
2. Positioning method and cutting point:
There are two kinds
of positioning methods: internal positioning and external positioning. Location
is also very important for process planners. Generally, the plan of positioning
should be determined during the pre-production of circuit boards. External
positioning is another positioning method, which uses positioning holes outside
the plate as positioning holes of the milling plate. Its advantage is easy to
manage, if the pre-production standard is good, the milling plate template is
generally about 15 kinds. Because of the use of external positioning, the board
can not be cut off at one time, otherwise the circuit board is very easy to
damage, especially the splicing board, because the milling cutter and vacuum
device will take the board out, causing circuit board damage and milling cutter
breakage. By using the method of sectional milling and cutting to retain the
joint point, the milling board is suspended after the milling board is
finished, and then the board is fixed with tape. The second part of the program
is executed, and the joint point is drilled out with a bit of 3mm to 4mm. Its
advantage is that the template is small in cost and easy to manage. It can
milling all PCBs without installation holes and positioning holes. It is
convenient for small technicians to manage. Especially, the production of
pre-fabricators such as CAM can be simplified, and the utilization rate of
substrate can be optimized. The disadvantage is that with the use of drills,
the PCB has at least 2-3 bumps which are not beautiful, may not meet customer
requirements, milling time is long, and the worker's labor intensity is
slightly higher.
